Carruthers' Corner

I called Grammy Carruthers this morning to leave a message for Garth and we chatted a bit. Somehow Jennifer came up in conversation and she couldn't stop talking about how good of a girl she was. After a few unbearable minutes of this the conversation went as follows:

Grammy: Well she's a little girl I love to please.
Troy: Yeah she's great.
Grammy: Yes........ what happened to you?
Troy: I didn't learn a thing from her I guess.
Grammy: I suppose it's just that you're a boy.
Troy: (I just laughed here)
Grammy: (After her own cute laughter) I just tell the truth.

I didn't bring up Lisa, fearing the worst. I guess bringing Jamie up would have been safe... he's just a boy.
